I'm a hands-on product designer. I own work end-to-end, from early research through shipped product, and I stay close to the craft rather than handing it off.
I'm originally from Rostrevor, County Down, Ireland. In 2012, I crossed the Atlantic to study graphic design at the Savannah College of Art & Design. A few years later, I moved to New York, which I've called home ever since.
I started my career in graphic and brand design before finding my way into product. That background gave me a sharp eye for detail and an appreciation for the little things — from typography and spacing to copy and the way a product feels to use.
Today, I work across product strategy, UX, visual design, prototyping, and AI, often wearing a few hats along the way.
I'm at my best owning meaningful problems end-to-end, working with ambitious teams, and staying close to the work from idea to launch.

I like solving complicated problems without making the solution complicated.
Before I design anything, I get into the problem itself: what research or data already exists, what's been tried before, and what's actually going on. Then I align with the team on what we're solving for and what success looks like.
I start rough, sketching and testing directions fast to find what's worth pursuing. From there I prototype quickly, often with code, so people can react to something real rather than a static screen.
Handoff isn't where my job ends. I stay close through build, then use usability sessions, experiments, and real usage data to understand what worked and what needs to change.
